We are the AmCham Romania IQP team. The team consists of four WPI students: Enzo Azevedo, Malek ElShakhs, Selina Spry, and Faith Stewart.

 

Our collaborator for this project is the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania). They are a chamber of commerce that looks to improve business practices and strengthen economic ties between the United States and Romania. The main goal of our project is to help AmCham Romania to optimize their media influence in promoting business growth. 

 

We are working alongside the AmCham staff to create a website that centralizes information pertinent to Romanian businesses looking to expand into the U.S. markets. By performing case studies, heuristics, and interviews we were able to obtain a better understanding of the best media practices and operations of chambers of commerce. These methods helped us generate recommendations for their media platforms and consolidate the optimal information to include on the deliverable website.
